How it works

1. Submit the request
Guests send their dates, guest count, and contact details. No payment is required at this stage.
2. The amount is locked
After submission, guests land on a confirmation page with the exact amount, reference, and Wave instructions.
3. Confirm through Wave
Once the payment is sent, they click "I sent the payment" and the slot stays reserved for 30 minutes while the payment is reviewed.

Reassurance

The exact price is calculated before payment and is not recalculated afterward.
Payment happens via Wave on +225 07 12 75 77 46, through a guided confirmation flow.
Guests then receive the final confirmation and stay details.
Cancellation policy: full refund before 48h, then the amount becomes non-refundable.
